Well, I have been doing alot of work on pcsc lately. I released 0.6.3
because there was a huge mistake in 0.6.2 that I found that on some
platforms it would give strange errors. This is fixed in 0.6.3 so if you
have had any problems in the past using a 0.6 release this should probably
fix you up.
I will also be working on fixing up the non-rpc portion of 0.6.3 this week
but in the meantime if you don't want RPC I would suggest using 0.5.5
Next week I should have a version of pcsc ( probably release 0.7.0 that
will support the ability to free up ports and power at timed values and
still give you all the events that 0.6 gives.
