AFAIK with the commands supported by the 256 byte card it is not
possible to access 2k byte. This maybe one reason.

I do not know of any I2C card supporting PINs. So the second reason
for beeing another type may be, that it is not a I2C card.

If it is really 0 and not a problem with the Towitoko driver
you can not reset it. (At least this would be much more expensive
than buying a new card.)

What does the Windows software from Towitoko say about the 2kB card?
