Both suggestions
sound great. I guess that maybe my problem is there are so many choices out
there it’s kind of like using Linux, how do you chose which one to back.
Programming is kind of like which distro do you use and which word processor do
you use which of any or the other types of apps and utilities should you learn
there are too many that all have their advantages and disadvantages. Will work
on the suggestions that were given. Thank you Rob -----Original
Message----- Good suggestion. A
lot of support exists for Perl and there are so many Modules available to
extend its capabilities. Visit www.cpan.org and see just how much is
available for download. Jeff -----Original
Message----- Perl is
a good language to learn on, if you haven't done any programming. Lots of
teach-yourself-perl
books at Amazon.com. The O'Reilly books are usually good. |
