[sclug-general] Install Fest Update

Hi Everyone:

We regretfully have decided to delay the Install/Swap Fest until February or March. We are trying organize a good place to have it, but Christmas is a terrible time of the year to be doing this. We hope to be able to announce a good location in the next few days. We need to have time to get the word out.

We are going to be visiting the Omaha LUG during their Install Fest on January 11th. We are going to meet at the Sergeant Bluff Community Center's parking lot and car pool down to the meeting at about 10:30. We will buy lunch when we get to Omaha and then visit the Install Fest for an hour or so. After that we may visit some favorite nerd retail chains (Best Buy, Comp USA, Borders, and B & N Books) if anyone is interested. If you would like to go post a message to this list or to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Ryan and I are going thus far.

As for a January Meeting we are probably just going to have an informal get together later this month at Jeff's Jumpy Monkey coffee shop.
