I do see the whole file-sharing hub-bub to be a benefit to the Linux Movement,
though....Think about it....Who are they going to target first? Microsoft compatible
file sharing programs.....Are the people who are really into filesharing going to let
that stop them?....No, they are going to find something else to do it with....In comes
Linux.....Open source file sharing software....etc. Whole new crowd to support the
Linux Community....No longer just geeks and curious people....Music Freaks too!

So, I guess I'm getting pretty opinionated in my old age, but who else thinks
the RIAA can go shove it. So they are going to start tracking down people
who download music and take them to court? How are they tracking these
people down? And more importantly how are they gonna track me down when I'm
using an open wireless access point to get my music? The gov't says it's not
breaking and entering if I use an unsecured WAP. (Once again the gov't
leaves a loop hole) And when did file sharing become such a big issue that
it's a gov't matter anyway? The US gov't doesn't OWN the internet, what
jurisdiction does it have over it. Most of it is funded by companies like
mine, ISP and telco. So the gov't is going to tell us how to run our
business? Another fine use of my tax dollars.....
