[sclug-general] PHP forms and results pages

Anyone really good at creating a PHP page that contains a form that you can enter a key word in one of several boxes, click a Go button, and produce a results page containing a table of data from a MySQL database?   It seems like it would be really simple to me, but I need help with the coding. There is only one table in the database and it contains only 6 fields. The server is already configured with Apache/PHP/MySQL and is working for other search applications, but the coding on those is really complex with multiple WHERE clauses.   Thanks for your help and see you here Saturday!   Jake Sheets IT/GIS Engineer Sioux City Community Schools (712) 277-6103
