I have made some changes to the mail list. This should help reduce both spam and spam complaints (I find the complaints about the spam as frustrating than the little spam we actually receive, especially after successfully blocking most of the spam). If you have more complaints please send them directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED] rather than creating more spam on the list.
Previously, anyone could post to the mail list - the mail list was open to all. Now a moderator must first accept posts from people who are not subscribed to the mail list before those posts will be sent to all the subscribers. If you are sending a post from an email address that is subscribed to the list, you should not have any problems. On the other hand, if you post a message to the list from an email address that is not subscribed, it may take a day or two for your message to be posted. Normally the delay will only be a few hours. You can subscribe to the mail list using as many different email addresses as you wish.
