They need to focus on changing their pricing so people don't feel like they 
are getting raped.  I sat down to a staff meeting today when they announced 
they were looking to spend like 17 grand on getting updated to MS office 
2003...  It's like $350.00 a copy...  Me and a few other Star Office 5.2 
people just scoffed.
