Hey All,
Our annual Linux Geek BBQ is coming up fast. In case you missed the
notice, its this Saturday, April 10th at Noon. Mike Shultz has volunteered
his back yard this year at 31476 Granite Ave., Sioux City. Once again this
years, your families and friends are welcome. Check the website for the
map. Here some photos from last years outing (http://sclinux.org/bbq2003/).
We need folks volunteer to bring stuff. I will be bringing enough Brats,
Hotdogs and sour kraut to feed a small army and plan not to burn them. If
you can bring something please post it to the list so everyone doesn't
bring the same thing. We will need beverages, buns and condiments,
vegetables and chips, and desert. Bring your own plates and
flatware. Mike has asked that no one bring fish due to allergies in his
family. Mike also has said that if it is raining he will open up part of
his home. Hope to see you all there and thanks again Mike for house the
event this year.
We also need to start planning and promoting this year's Install Fest which
will be at WITCC again on June 19th. Check the website for details.
Brion.
