It was only ONE wife. And the plural of wife is wives. Starla and I just didn't want
to let all that money go to waste. You lose all your gold when you defeat the dragon,
so whenever Starla or myself would go fight it, we'd give all our cash to the other.
Consequently, we'd be able to buy the best possible weapons right off. It was a
massacre, really. :}~

Well I thought teaming up with other people was taboo,
but back then I didn't have many friends on USSE so it never
occured to me. Pete on the other hand was almost always slaughtering
me in my sleep using ill gotten gold and items from one of his
many wifes. I'm still bitter.
