I'm not sure I understand your first question.  Consuler is not an
English word.  I will look at the svn checkout operation.

I don't think Perforce supports this.  The mapping from filesystem
location to repository layout is configured in your Perforce
"clientspec".  You would need to create a clientspec that reflects how
you want code checked out for your build and use that clientspec.

- can you add checkouted files in a list in checkout consuler like we do
