Yes, it is quite simple:

<clearcase-settings>
  <viewstore>\\mycomputer\viewstore</viewstore>
</clearcase-settings>

I would read this from ~/.scm/clearcase-settings.xml

If you could help me underway, it would be very much appriciated.
