I've created a Mercurial repository for the ON Developers Reference,
using the makefile and XML source from the Documentation community. The
URL for the repo is

    ssh://anon at opensolaris.org/hg/onnv/devref

Instructions for building it are in the makefile. Alas, the makefile
only knows how to build a single HTML file, whereas we use multiple HTML
files for the copy on the ON community page. That's on my list of
issues to fix.

I haven't thought much about workflow. Right now anyone with "leader"
privileges on the onnv project page has commit access, but nobody else
does. I assume we'll bypass the RTI system, but changes (content and
framework) should get reviewed before pushing.

The Bugster category is solaris/consolidation/os-net-misc. I'm assuming
that changes don't need a CR, though of course they can have one.

I've got several content changes planned, such as documenting the
THIRDPARTYLICENSE stuff and the move to Mercurial. (Rich has given me
feedback on my most recent draft, which I need to incorporate.)

Notification email is currently going to the onnv-notify list. If this
proves to be too confusing, we can always create a new list.
