[scm-migration-dev] onnv-gate not accessible

I'm getting this failure when I do hg pbchk or hg list:

"Warning: Parent workspace ssh://onnv.sfbay.sun.com//export/onnv-gate is 
not accessible
active list will be incomplete"

My RTI has been approved.  Am I missing something?
