* AI updates

    - Bill/Mike/others discuss Developing in ON slides the first week
      of May while Bill is in CA.

      Status: Mike and Bill discussed documentation in general, not
      these slides in detail.

      Meeting discussion: Reading as an outsider, Bill thinks it is
      rough around the edges but understood it in conjunction with
      the developer's reference. Decided we should clean up the
      formatting and publish for more intpu. Mark will look at on
      the plane on Sunday.

    - Remaining bug fixes to get to internal code review:
      - Mark will pick up #456 DbLookups nits and #457 Rti.py nits.
      - Rich working on Mercurial fix for webrev.

      Status: Rich has changes for 'webrev -p' and 'get formatted
      diffs. JimC will look at the former, Mark at the latter.

* Travel

   - Jim Carlson in MPK next Mon-Thu, 5/19-5/22.

   - Mark in MPK Sun-Tue, 5/18-5/20.

* Discussion re: Getting to internal code review

   - Once Rich's two changes reviewed (above), can set up internal
     code review.

   - Target next week (5/19-5/23)
     - Push out early in the week.
     - Give week for input. Have people respond if can't get to
       it in a  week.

* Discussion about ON transition

   - Question about pushing ON first or independent of SFW, as opposed
     to plan of record which has SFW going first.

   - Mark shares Rich's discomfort. Believes must do SFW first - and
     soon. SFW must be outside while people are working on GK tools
     so we are learning and finding problems.

   - Discussion about GK tools
     - Neeed to work GK tools before ON transition. Need dedicated
       person.  Minimum skills: scripting and TeamWare knowledge;
       some level of GK experience, at least with a project gate.
       Bonus points: familir with tools.
     - Mark will talk to Bonnie about names.

   - If want ON to transition in mid-late July and want SFW to go first,
     need: 1) developer tools integrated soon so SFW can go first, 2)
     work on GK tools staffed. For timing, look at:
     - Internal code review week of 5/23.
     - External code review last week of May/first week of June.
     - Integrate tools second week of June.
     - SFW moves late June.
     - ON moves end of July.

* Discussion about use of tools and test coverage

   - Multiple teams using tools now for TeamWare and Mercurial:
     - Darren Moffat (zfscrypt project): Outside SWAN; TeamWare and
       Mercurial
     - IPS project: Outside SWAN; TeamWare and Mercurial
     - Caiman project: Outside SWAN; TeamWare and Mercurial
     - Burlington campus (build servers): inside SWAN; mostly TeamWare;
       ~40 people

   - Would like data: Mercurial vs TeamWare; SWAN vs off-SWAN; target
     detail (e.g., ON, SFW, new code for OpenSolaris, etc.).

   - Would like to make tools available via rsync from elpaso.

   - JimC can send survey in Burlington. Might be able to deploy tools
     in Broomfield.

* Training Discussion

   <Didn't get to in the meeting.>
