before publishing for more input.
Didn't get to look at it. Don't think the formatting will be
a big deal, but keep this on the list.

- Internal code review ends today.
- Mark is about halfway through his reviews.
- Plan
- Take what we have at COB today
- Take a day to triage/decide what to fix before pushing out
- Move forward with full code review
- Send full code review to tools-discuss, gk alias some
internal experts
* Collecting data about usage/testing
- Mark will send survey today
- Jim will collect responses
- Will send to a set of aliases to get coverage
* Mark presenting information at an internal 'off-site' next week
- Will be high-level: explaining what needs to happen to enable
open development and outlining the tasks/steps involved and
what we know and don't know today about each one
- Discussion about 'external commits' - even without all the
pieces in place, John would like to see an external person
perform a commit this summer (even if a Sun person has to file
the RTI)
