Now the RTI has been filed, onnv-scm should be considered locked until further notice. Changes to it will make me angry.
My intent (though I haven't had much comment from elsewhere), is for us to sync it up with what is integrated (such that work needed prior to then still happens there), and archive it. Taking a fresh child of onnv-gate for follow-on work. Thanks, -- Rich
