Clone the open, then cd usr and clone the closed.

To get a specific build, use the "-r onnv_94" (for example) as an arg to 
either "clone" or "pull."

For the paths below, please use

        ssh://akolb at elpaso.eng//export/gate-hg
        ssh://akolb at elpaso.eng//export/gate-hg/usr/closed
