I probably need a more complete description of some of those items,
but these look mostly good to me.

I'm not sure what fits in "more stuff TBD," but at a guess, this is
actually "fixing any fall-out from the SFW migration so that ON
doesn't see it."

Do you need a volunteer to do those sccs keywords sweeps?  I know Rich
had a set of diffs at one point, but I haven't heard anything about it
since then, and I would imagine that he's doing more useful work on
cdm at the moment.

It seems right to me.

We've never had automated testing for these tools (which is really a
pretty serious problem for anyone working on them), so I think we're
going to have to rely on extensive testing by individual developers.
