We started removing #ident lines, assuming that the initial putback
would be into a Mercurial repo. That's not how it's going to work,
though--there will be one or more putbacks into the Teamware onnv-gate
prior to the ON migration. Those putbacks will need to follow the
standard rules, including SCCS keywords.
