I sent a style to James (McP) and Mark that does this, though it has
certain issues. It doesn't really belong in cdm, but should be a
separate file and set by hgsetup(1).

Can I get opinions from James/Mark/Garrett (who apparently also
acquired it), on whether you guys can deal with the spurious \n
problem it has? I can't at present find a way to get around it.

For those who haven't seen it, the problem is that the templates will
always expand the trailing '\n', even if an entry would be blank, so
you will acquire at the end of each section (changeset), for each type
of file, whether there are any files of that type or not.

Can you deal with that without a workaround? If you can, I can do
this now if someone agrees to sponsor it. If you can't, I'll try
harder to find a way to get rid of them, but it may take longer (and
may not be possible).

John, thanks for sending the bug out, we were trying to find a way to
get me on the IE alias for os-net-tools, but I think that proved
either frought with peril, or too complicated to be worth it, so I
appreciate you forwarding the ones I wouldn't otherwise see for a
while.
