[scm-migration-dev] file merge tool ?

I continually see "tool filemerge requires a GUI" when running hg merge 
... Why?

Also, it brings up a question:  Do we have a good filemerge gui for 
Mercurial?  I used to like the merge utility in codemgrtool in "the old 
days".
