I've made a first pass at updating the onnv FAQ to reflect the new
Mercurial world.

It'd be nice if we can post some or all of this FAQ externally. There's
a reference to an internal mailing list, and there are a couple
questions that are only relevant to internal developers (e.g., how to
get ISO images from internal servers).

I was thinking about removing from the internal onnv FAQ all the
questions that are relevant to everyone (internal and external
developers) and starting a new external FAQ. This begs the question of
where to put the FAQ: on the ON community page, in the genunix wiki, or
somewhere else?

Also, the ON FAQ (on-faq.sfbay) needs updating to reflect the transition
to Mercurial. It looks like the FAQ framework will let me append text
to answers, though I haven't actually tried to update an answer yet.
Does that seem sufficient (as opposed to making more invasive changes)?

And of course we'll eventually want to move the ON FAQ outside, too.
