Roland's tools are up-to-date, but there's no exception_list.svn.

Because I didn't know that was needed when I mucked with findunref 
exceptions.

SVN support in tools, yes.  In ON build, "huh."

Calls for a bug against solaris/consolidation/os-net-tools, preferably 
with a suggested fix for what Subversion should ignore.

In the mean time, "touch usr/src/tools/findunref/exception_list.svn" (or 
whatever which_scm reports for Subversion) should get you by.
