I think you'll have to ask bos (hgbook's author) to get a definite
answer.  He might be documenting a recent feature (one that's not in the
version of Mercurial that we're using).

Yes.

And as Ken and Rich have pointed out, we still need to set one up for
testing and development.

Question for you and Ken: how much of a roadblock is it that we don't
yet have the test gate machine set up?  Or to put the question another
way: where does it fit in this scale?
