I'd like some folks to review:

359 when recommit fails, cdm needs to make more effort to return the
    workspace to sanity.
360 recommit should check for workspace modification in the same
    manner as Mq would
361 cdm could temporarily provide a bandaid to punt and avoid bug #333

Webrevs are:

  http://cr.opensolaris.org/~richlowe/scm_359 (359 and 360)
  http://cr.opensolaris.org/~richlowe/scm_361 (361)

359:
I'd like input on whether bringing the workspace back to the local
tip or bringing it back to where it was previously is more correct.

(there's further changes in that area I may end up making, however,
currently, the local tip is the least confusing place to be)

360:
Simple, trivial to compare with the equivalent in Mq

361:
This includes moving some stuff to more appropriate places in the
flow of things, which obviously should be reviewed too.

However, the *changes* are the check for files that we would
  clobber, and the clobbering thereof.

Thanks,

-- Rich
