That would be my preference.  I *think* that is as easy as looking up
the email address for $USER.

It's more reliable than trusting the changeset authorship information
(take a look at pkg's history for instance, sch has several addresses
in there).

We should probably consider just how wrong we'd be happy with the
author field in the cset being, too.
