I updated the Summary line here to match the Title in the Mercurial bug
tracker. If the problem only occurs when Mercurial is packaged as an egg, I
think we can drop this from the stopper list.
I know next to nothing about egg files. But from what I read at
http://mail.python.org/pipermail/distutils-sig/2005-June/004652.html, think
"jar file for Python".
