I was reviewing the unresolved bug list, and some of the priorities
don't seem right to me.  This could be because I don't understand the
impact of some of the bugs, but I suspect a lot of it is that we don't
have a shared understanding of what the priorities should mean.

I propose that we use the Bugster priority definitions, mostly so that
the list in Bugster can be easily compared with the list in Bugzilla.

P1: need fix ASAP, or at least by the next build.  (I'm not sure what
"next build" would mean for the SCM migration work, so maybe just stick
to "need ASAP"?)

P2: need fix before next external delivery (e.g., Beta).

P3: need fix before close of release

P4: fix is desired for this release

P5: someday

(Okay, those aren't the official definitions ;-).)

Does that sound okay?
