After thinking about it some more, I'd like to hold off on filing the bug to get "putback -n" changed to "hg outgoing". Once we can give the WebRTI team a more definite date as to when the change will be needed, we can file the bug. And if we don't get around to filing the bug until after the cutover, that's not likely to be a big problem.
