Here's my first rough draft that's more or less complete sans speaker notes.
I still need to go through and add speaker notes to some slides, but would appreciate any feedback people have on the content so far. I suspect I may have hit the "last few slides syndrome" where the content of my last few slides could have been more expanded than what I put down. If people have suggestions for areas I could expand on, or other topics I may have missed - I'd like to hear them.
