Currently, developer.sh (at least) sets CLONE_CLOSED_WS to the mercurial closed
gate.
This shouldn't be done until the gate is in Mercurial, and it's actually
correct.
(there maybe other victims here, too, but it *looks* like the clones still
point at the TeamWare gate, which perhaps makes it worse, given they now point
to disparate gates).
