It looks like some sort of issue with Strony's proxy configuration. Though where that proxy configuration lives isn't clear to me. It's not the ssh proxy issue that people have been bumping into the last couple weeks. I recommend that Strony check for an HTTP_PROXY environment variable; unset it if it's present.
