* Update about documentation - We would like a writer and an engineer to review and finish the documentation. - Bonnie has an idea for a writer person and will be working details with that person. - Jim Carlson exchanged email with Peter Memishian, and Peter is interested so Bonnie will contact him as well. - Expect this work to start in April. * Update about Mike's requests for code reviewers and testers - Mike sent out a request for testers. Result of subsequent exchange is that this testing is done. - Bonnie finally checked the email lists, and Mike will send the request for code reviewers to scm-migration-dev and tools-discuss. * AIs from last meeting - Bonnie and MikeK will figure out putting 0.9.5 on os.org servers as part of more general server upgrade plan that is in the works IN PROGRESS (Bonnie): Upgrade plan in progress on Bonnie's team for the machines that use Mercurial. More detail as plan is finalized. - AI: JimW: date for test plan. - AI: MikeK find the copy of "Developing in ON" and post on genunix. DONE. genunix doesn't like OpenOffice documents, so Mike attached a copy to the project web page on os.o. There's a link under "More Details". - Result of meeting discussion: Bonnie will talk to Michelle Olson to figure out how to move forward on documentation DONE: SEE NOTES ABOVE - Dave will work with Mark and set up a Mercurial gate in Broomfield and start working on the gatekeeper tools IN PROGRESS: Just beginning. - rti/rtichk: People think John is busy, so Bonnie will confirm with him that is is ok for someone else to take NOT DONE. Rich mentioned that he had some problems with it so we need to figure out whether it works and if not, address the problems. Bonnie will do this today. - MikeK will send two separate emails to scm-migration-dev asking for code reviewers for the tools ready for code review and asking for testers for the tools that need review/checking to determine code review readiness.
