* Update about documentation

   - We would like a writer and an engineer to review and finish the
     documentation.
   - Bonnie has an idea for a writer person and will be working details
     with that person.
   - Jim Carlson exchanged email with Peter Memishian, and Peter is
interested so Bonnie will contact him as well.
   - Expect this work to start in April.

* Update about Mike's requests for code reviewers and testers

   - Mike sent out a request for testers. Result of subsequent exchange
is that this testing is done.
   - Bonnie finally checked the email lists, and Mike will send the
request for code reviewers to scm-migration-dev and tools-discuss.

* AIs from last meeting

    - Bonnie and MikeK will figure out putting 0.9.5 on os.org
servers as part of more general server upgrade plan that
      is in the works

IN PROGRESS (Bonnie): Upgrade plan in progress on Bonnie's team
for the machines that use Mercurial. More detail as plan is
      finalized.

    - AI: JimW: date for test plan.

    - AI: MikeK find the copy of "Developing in ON" and post on genunix.

DONE. genunix doesn't like OpenOffice documents, so Mike attached
a copy to the project web page on os.o. There's a link under
      "More Details".

    - Result of meeting discussion: Bonnie will talk to Michelle
Olson to figure out how to move forward on documentation

      DONE: SEE NOTES ABOVE

    - Dave will work with Mark and set up a Mercurial gate in
Broomfield and start working on the gatekeeper tools

      IN PROGRESS: Just beginning.

    - rti/rtichk: People think John is busy, so Bonnie will confirm with
him that is is ok for someone else to take

NOT DONE. Rich mentioned that he had some problems with it so we
need to figure out whether it works and if not, address the
problems. Bonnie will do this today.

    - MikeK will send two separate emails to scm-migration-dev asking
for code reviewers for the tools ready for code review and
asking for testers for the tools that need review/checking to
      determine code review readiness.

      IN PROGRESS: SEE NOTES ABOVE
