* AI Updates

AI: Mike will update the wiki and send a request to
scm-migration-dev to ask for a volunteer to take rti/rtichk.

      DONE

AI: Bonnie will craft some email to start a separate
process discussion about how the ON RTI process will work.

      NOT DONE

AI: Bonnie will check with Linda on Monday (who has been out
of town this week) and ask Linda to send out some status email
that includes a list of tools that have no reviewers yet.

      DONE

AI: Rich will send Jim what he has for Cadmium tests.

      DONE

AI: Putting 0.9.5 on os.org servers. Will be done as part of more
general server upgrade plan. IN PROGRESS: Upgrade plan in progress
on Bonnie's team for the machines that use Mercurial. More detail
    as plan is finalized.

      IN PROGRESS

AI: Bonnie will put an item under "ON Migration" on the
    SCMMigrationTasks page.

DONE: NOTE: I added a section called 'Infrastructure' and put
the item about the SCM Console there. I also added two other
      items.

I also added a section under ON MIGRATION for "DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
CHANGES" and put an item there about the OpenRTI project/process.

And I added a task to the INITIAL TOOLS PUTBACK section under
TEST for the Test plan delivery and put the date from last week's
      meeting (3/28)

AI: Dave Marker will try to take a look at the interface.
Everyone else is encouraged to do the same and send input
    about issues, requests, etc.

NOT DONE: Dave pulled for an Indiana firedrill for the moment.

AI: Bonnie to ask MikeS if he thinks it is ok as-is for SFW.
    for now.

      NOT DONE

* Tool/code review status: everything covered? If not, next steps.

Everything covered. Linda will be sending email today that
rolls up what is/not covered for code reviews.

Discussion about an internal project review before going after
more reviewers. Consensus: good idea but for the next week or
two should focus on high-risk items first.

Would be Jim, Mike and Rich doing an internal review.

* What else?

   - Introduced Bill Rushmore (welcome, Bill!).
   - Bonnie will set up a meeting with Bill/Meem/Linda re:
     documentation to get that started.
   - Bonnie will follow up on Stacey Marshall's email requesting
that some internal documentation be moved outside.
