Thanks.  You're saying that from this webapp a registered project leader will
be able to create hg.opensolaris.org/hg/samqfs/<hg_dir>, load up a few public
ssh keys, and initiate the initial hg clone command?

I suppose it's the same webapp that allows the project leader to post tarballs
or iso images?
