The specific request on the wiki page is
Give an update of the progress moving the SCM system so we can have
Committers who are not employees of Sun. Technical update preferred
but a project schedule should happen too.
So I was thinking of some technical details about Mercurial and SCM
service on opensolaris.org, plus some handwaving about how we (the
OpenSolaris community) get to #4.
It's not exactly what Dave Stewart asked for, but it's what we're (I'm)
prepared to talk about.
