Overall, this looks great. One comment:

This section has a mix of one or two things that are purely ON (III.D,
perhaps), and other things that are likely relevant for all
consolidation owners, not just ON.
Perhaps it needs a different title ("Consolidation Migration" or "Gate
Migration"?) or the lecture notes should just say that this focuses on
ON, but that other gates are expected to have similar issues and to
benefit from the work.
