hgmerge currently assumes that gpyfm is the merge tool of choice, and
it doesn't understand the configuration syntax that was introduced in
Mercurial 1.0 for specifying the merge tool.
Since we're planning to drop gpyfm, hgsetup should probably set up the
user's .hgrc to first look for meld, then filemerge (if meld isn't
present).
I can't think of any other changes related to our decision to drop
gpyfm, but if there are, it might make sense to do them as part of
this bug.
