Jun, two things:

- What version of Scmbug are you trying to run ? I'm guessing you are
using a version older than 0.18.0. Is this correct ?
- 2.22.x is supported yes. Setting your version number to '2.20.0' will
suppress this warning and will work.

It's not a problem between 2.22.0 and 2.22.1, no. It's related to
detecting a 2.22.x altogether.
