I would say that we absolutely cannot use LIMEPOINT_0_0_0_4_DEV as the
working branch. We are not supposed to commit on tags. We are planning
to introduce additional Scmbug policies in the future that protect
against committing in tags.

Those would be incorrect changes then, since they would include not only
the diff between 3_DEV and 4_DEV but also the new additions to 4_DEV
after it has been tagged. 4_DEV would become in incorrect tag.
