the structure of files in Bugzilla's directory was changed. i show in your script Bugzilla.pm that you call the file "globals.pl" but now he was entirely moved from the directory bugzilla. (as you show in the link you've send me) SCMbug is written to be conform to the file organsisation found in the release until 2.22.
