Daemon.pm is the file that sends emails. Look at functions
mail_on_success and mail_on_success_send_email. Parts of this
configuration are specified in the glue.conf file inside your
repository. It's in hooks/etc/scmbug/glue.conf for Subversion and
CVSROOT/etc/scmbug/glue.conf for CVS.
