Hi Uri. Scmbug 0.19.7 has been tested against Subversion 1.4.0.
Subversion 1.4.2 will probably work fine. In 0.19.7, you won't see this
error message.

Are you using 0.19.7 ? If you are using an earlier version you should
probably upgrade. Our SCM logs indicate that Subversion 1.4.2 has been
supported since version 0.18.0. I'd highly recommend an upgrade to
0.19.7.
