http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=906 I would recommend that you look at /var/log/scmbug/error.log and see if there was an error message. I suspect that the backend implementation you are using may not be the correct one (e.g. you specified the wrong version in daemon.conf) or, most likely, that you haven't setup a userslist and you running Scmbug 0.18.3 (or something close, like 0.18.x). Please let me know what you find.
