Easiest way should be to search your repositories for the file
glue.conf and check the "enabled"-flag in the file. If there is now
glue.conf it should be save to just delete SCMBug else you have to
deintegrate SCMBug and delete afterwards. I don't know if there are
some functions to uninstall the glue, installation is documented,
though, but with Subversion you just have to delete two hooks in the
appropriate folder of Subversion.
