I have one repository for all projects.
E.G.
repositorybase/ProductA
repositorybase/ProductA/trunk
repositorybase/ProductB
repositorybase/ProductB/trunk
repositorybase/ProductC
repositorybase/ProductC/trunk
I did look at the example but I can't quite understand how it works with
the regular expressions and how I can map back to those specific
directories in the repository.
Thanks for the help.

What does your repositories in Subversion look like? Do you have one
repository for all your products in Bugzilla or does have each product
it's own repository? Seems to be the last one, but just to be clear
because with each product having it's own repository life is a little
bit easier, I think.
Did you already look at the example for auto detecting product names?
