I am giving the log information during a commit.
  1) svn commit filename, opens a notepad where i provide the following log:-
   
  bug 3: nkmdadmfamflmasd;mA
  status 3: RESOLVED

  anyways, if i dont provide a log in the above format, it compains about not 
finding a matching bug id.

There's nothing strange for the error itself, but it shouldn't happen,
I think, because you didn't provide any log information in your commit
so SCMBug shouldn't try to change any resolutions. The log message
should contain a specific bug you are committing against for those
features. Shouldn't it?
