Hi Pawan, My best guess is that the ActivePerl you are using has not implemented this functionality yet. What's the version of ActivePerl you are running ?

Scmbug notice: Preparing for a commit cvs server: Pre-commit check failed cvs [server aborted]: correct above errors first! i am not able to find out how and where i can set the POSIX related setting and what exactly i have to do for this error. i check the POSIX.pm in perl installation and on line number 722 i was not able to understand anything for your refrence i am attaching my demon.conf and glue.conf files.
