Bugzilla itself supports this feature :-) Scmbug doesn't in any
version :-(

I ran across this problem when commiting to subversion. Which versions
of Bugzilla support this feature ? (I suspect no one looking at
Bugzilla.pm.in in 0.23.0, the version that I use)
